Ajax Cape Town coach Roger De Sa says he’s happy with his players although there are some finer details to work on.

The former Bafana Bafana international was speaking after their 1-1 draw against SuperSport United in the inaugural Cape Town Cup on Sunday afternoon at Cape Town Stadium.

United netted first through Thuso Phala in the first half whilst substitute Travis Graham found the equaliser in the dying minutes of the match to ensure they share the third spot of the tournament.

“It’s a good exercise for us, it was a competitive match and we managed to give everybody a run and that was important for us,” said De Sa.

“I think the guys did very well in coming back, yes they made a lot of mistakes but we’ll work on them, overall, it was a good weekend for us.

“We have to work on finer things of the game (as the MTN8 Cup match is around the corner), we need to ensure everybody gets better.

“Maybe one or two combinations, overall we’ll get better all round and there’s no doubt about it.“

The Urban Warriors are scheduled to face Orlando Pirates in the Wafa Wafa quarter-finals on August 04 at Orlando Stadium as they get their 2015/16 Absa Premiership campaign underway.
